When I decide to dive into a new research I kick this off with publishing a filled out Bucket List Tool of the actual topic I’m about to research. Like the one below :
So to make it a bit clearer. I have already started the workout and I’ve come to a decision on what kind of diet I will eat during the workout. I’ve taken a before picture that will be released when the research is done. I don’t know how long it’s going to take me to reach my goals but I intend to continue until I reach my goal. It’s important to me that a research is successfully completed before I release the tool. All the tools should be a road map to success from my personal experience.
I take the ideas from successful people, I apply them to my own life and then if they actually work I share the magic formula as a tool here on Welcome to Insight.
My goal : Stick to diet and workout until I’ve reached the weight of 72 kg or 158.733 pounds. From the beginning my weight is 80 kg or 176.37
