Build your mental strength :
- Only compare yourself to the person you were yesterday. Don’t compare yourself with other people.
- The only way to deal with pain is to go through it.
- Delete your own bad mental habits. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Train your brain to think positively.
- Don’t expect good things to automatically happen but be grateful when they do.
- Make a list of all your bad habits. Start to erase them, one at a time. It could be as simple as replacing the afternoon sugar snack with an apple.
- You don’t need to change the whole “bad habit list” in one day. Make it part of your lifestyle.
- Enjoy the process!
