There is great power in tweaking the details of your life. You don’t need to make great changes today to become someone else tomorrow.
Get your head around the expression that life is a marathon not a sprint.
Imagine yourself making one small course correction in your life today. Now see yourself running in this new direction for another 10 years. You wouldn’t even end up on the same continent!
The first step is to know what you want to change in your life. Otherwise you might end up somewhere you don’t want to be. Start with changing your mind and the rest will follow. Read the “2% better today!” post if you want to apply change to your life without one drop of sweat.
Don’t go for the quick fix and the fast crazy results. Pick one small detail of your life, change it and then stick to it. It can be as easy as carrying a water bottle with you throughout your day.
I’m not going to tell you “not to do” anything. You do, eat and feel whatever you want. It’s your life.
Today’s challenge is to add water into your life. Let’s see if you can add 0,4 gallon or 1,5 liter of water into your daily diet. Take a before picture of your face today. Get a good close up on it. Two months into this water challenge I want you to do an after photo. Compare and see if you like what you see. What do you have to lose? It’s just water!

The second one is “Drinking water” – Adding 0,4 gallon of water to your daily diet.
