Today I want you to ask yourself one question : – What did you not do?
This post is about taking responsibility for your own actions. It’s easy to point at someone else and say : – Your fault!
Yesterday we talked about changing 2% of your waking time into a success story by meditating. In meditation you are constantly practicing to let go. A thought comes into your head, you accept it, let go of it and then you return to the breath. Another thought comes into your head and you repeat what I just said. For 20 minutes a day you do this exercise. Why? To practice acceptance, letting go and inner peace.
I want you to lower that finger you’re pointing at other people. Have a look at yourself or just imagine that you are looking at your self in the mirror. I want you to relax your arms, I want you to say to your self : – I own this!
Every time the thought that “someone did you wrong” comes into your head in the future. I want you to use this mantra : – I own this!
Someone once said. “Someone else’s opinion of you, is none of your business!”. I’m saying, You are your business!
It all starts with you. What better place than here, what better time than now?
Don’t underestimate the power of meditation. Use it!
