Today I’m going to ask you to be honest to your self. If today was the day, “D” day has arrived and it’s time for you to say good bye to this world and everyone you love. Would you be satisfied?
I asked myself that question a couple of years ago. My answer was no!
At that time I owned a house, had mortgage payments, car, job and grass to cut. I felt stuck. Me and my wife decided to sell everything we owned. When it was all gone we moved to a tropical island outside the coast of Australia, called New Caledonia.
My father once told me : – You can move a hundred times but you can never leave yourself behind! He knew what he was talking about. He’s been running his whole life.
I’ve carried his words with me for many years and when we made the move to New Caledonia I decided to act on them. I had left the Swedish rain, snow and cold behind. Why not put that old mans philosophy to the test?
I study successful people, their routines and habits. I locate my own bad habits and replace them with better ones. I call this the road of constant improvement. How much change can one man achieve In one year?
I’m the master of my fate.
I’m the captain of my soul
