What a morning. Birds are singing outside my window and the fan gives away that soothing sound. The sky is clear with a couple of exception of thin clouds hanging over this tropical town. Today is going to be spectacular!
Like I said yesterday I had a look at the Tools page and I have added a space under the Tools menu where my ongoing experiments will be published in the future.
I’m always using the Bucket List Tool when I decide to try a new experiment. Today I will make my first update, It’s going to be something called the WTI Fight Club Routine (I’m doing the same workout that Brad Pit was doing when he was getting shape for the movie Fight Club. I’ll explain why and how in the research now posts). I’d like to develop some great tools and routines for both workout and diet and then I’m going to share it here on Welcome to Insight.
I don’t have that much to ad today. I’m reading books and enjoying life. Sticking to my new workout and diet routines. The things that I want to write mostly about is the upcoming experiments but if I start on that topic this will be a long morning post.
Today I will exercise being mindful. Which mean that I will stop and reflect on purpose during the day. I will bring my little note book to take small notes on what I see and feel. That’s how I go about the road of constant improvement.
