Today will be my first post here at Welcome to insight. I got my ass out of bed at 04:40 in the morning. Went to the bathroom brushed my teeth, stumbled out in the kitchen where I made some coffee, sat down meditated for 30 minutes, wrote freely for 20 minutes, did my 5 minute journal and now I’m sipping my coffee and writing you this post. I am looking at the clock and it says 06:05 am. So somewhere during my morning routines I magically lost 30 minutes of my life.
I am super excited. Today is the first day of my life that I will actually start applying the things that I’ve learned since I started thinking about “Welcome to insight” & “The road of constant improvement” three years ago.
My first project will be to explore the topic of making a bucket list. For a couple of days now I have been doing some research and I’ve decided that I will go for it.
To me this is not about who I am today but rather who I am becoming.
Here’s a quick run through of who I am in this moment:
I’m 40 years old and English is my second language. I’ve sold everything I own and me and my family has moved to a tropical island. This island is a French colony, which means I am now learning a third language. I’m married and I have two kids.
You can call me “B”
See you tomorrow!
This is me kicking a coconut tree!
